Search in the website EMC - Electronic Medicines Compendium. Fill the field "Search medicine name" with the text "breezhaler", and select the Patient Leaflet section, and then hit the respective "View or print the patient leaflet as pdf" button.

The leaflet states that one should hold the breath for "up to 5 seconds" and is dated to 2022. The search for other versions results in a 2015 version that refers for a period of apnea between 5 to 10 seconds. The american version found is from 2015 and mentions an apnea of 5 to 10 seconds. The portuguese version tells to hold the breath for at least 5 seconds.
