Instructions — 11 steps

1 Remove the covers

Remove the covers

2 Insert mask

Insert the mask into the chamber

3 Shake

Shake the inhaler 4-5 times

4 Insert inhaler

Insert the inhaler into the chamber

5 Mask over mouth

Place the mask over the mouth and nose

6 Effective seal

Ensure an effective seal between the mask and the face

7 Breathe out

Breathe out gently

8 Press inhaler

Press firmly on the top of the canister

9 Start breathing in

At the beginning of a slow inhalation

10 Breathe

Breathe in and out slowly 5-6 times

11 Replace the covers

Replace the covers
