Instructions — 7 steps

1 Slide the cover

Slide the cover until you hear a click

2 Breathe out

Breathe out fully

3 Put inhaler in the mouth

Put the mouthpiece in your mouth

4 Breathe in deeply

Breathe in quickly and deeply

5 Hold breath

Hold your breath for at least 3-4 seconds

6 Exhale

Exhale slowly

7 Close the inhaler

Close the inhaler and replace the cover
